Located in West Anaheim, the home is located in a quiet, established residential pocket made up mostly of mid-century single family homes on tree-lined streets. The area has a relaxed suburban feel with long-time homeowners and a strong sense of community.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is its Central Orange County convenience. You're just a short drive from Disneyland Resort, the Anaheim Convention Center, Knott's Berry Farm, and beaches.

Everyday essentials are nearby, including grocery stores and local restaurants. There is quick access to the 5, 91, and 22 freeways, connecting easily to coastal cities, Los Angeles, and Irvine.

Ride share is available, however, we recommend having a car.

✶ No pets allowed - we apologize for the inconvenience but the pool places a danger to pets. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional fee of $200 per day.

By booking, staying at, or entering the property, you agree to comply with these House Rules and any applicable rental agreement.

Maximum occupancy limits apply. Guests must request approval in advance for any additional occupants or visitors beyond those disclosed at booking.

No Parties or Events
Parties, events, gatherings, or large group activities are not permitted at any time. This includes but is not limited to celebrations, receptions, or commercial use of the property.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or similar substances.

Check-In and Check-Out Times
Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out is permitted only with prior written approval and subject to availability.

Monitoring and Safety Devices
The property may be equipped with exterior security cameras, noise monitoring devices, and environmental or air quality monitoring devices. These devices are used for safety, compliance, and property protection purposes.
Security cameras are located outside only and are never placed inside the home.

Noise monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio.

Environmental or air quality monitors detect indicators of smoking, including cigarette or marijuana smoke, and measure air quality only.


Respect for Property and Neighbors
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect neighbors at all times. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Safety Acknowledgment
Guests acknowledge that staying at the property involves ordinary risks associated with residential use, including but not limited to steps, outdoor areas, weather conditions, and household amenities. Guests agree to use the property and its amenities responsibly and in accordance with posted instructions and these House Rules.
