We strictly prohibit large-scale gatherings; however, we do welcome small, tasteful events such as bachelorette celebrations and family BBQs. Guest count must not exceed the maximum occupancy of 12, quiet hours must be observed, and the number of overnight guests should not exceed those listed in your reservation.
To help ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we have security cameras located at the front of the house (one at the doorbell and one above the driveway pointed at the gate). We also use a privacy-compliant NoiseAware sensor that tracks volume levels without recording any audio.
PET FEE
$150 per well-behaved dog, per night applies to cover additional cleaning costs (limit of 2 dogs). Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home for more than 2 hours—guests must provide their own crate. Unregistered pets will incur a $500 fine. If necessary, additional cleaning charges may apply based on market rates: $450 for couch steam cleaning and $200 for area rug cleaning. Please refer to our full Pet Policy for details.

Such a cute themed place! We loved being able to have our best friend's bachelorette party here. It felt spacious and cute altogether! Location was really well placed with quick access near highways and restaurants- there were some homeless encampments nearby though. Super responsive and helpful host!
All I can say is WOW! Beautiful home and amenities. From the way the home was curated to the comfort of all spaces, our group of 7 were quite comfortable!
This, by far, has been the best AirBNB experience I’ve ever had. The home looked exactly as the pictures depicted and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Sarah goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have everything they need for an enjoyable & relaxing stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed and we enjoyed cooking outdoor on the Blackstone. Every room is beautifully decorated with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were stocked with the essentials including plenty of towels. Gaslamp Quarters is just a short 10 minute drive, as well as Chicano Park and Embarcadero Marina. Even though we were near the city, we enjoyed quiet intimate nights in the outdoor area sitting around the fire pit. We even indulged in an outdoor movie while lounging in the hot tub. It was a comfort returning everyday after our adventures. It created the perfect space for family time but also spacious enough to offer privacy for naps and resting.
